I personally source, prepare, and process the ingredients for each and every jar of my hand crafted preserves. This attention to details allows me control over the quality of the the finished product.

I make my preserves exclusively in small batches of 4-6 jars. This provides me the opportunity to change recipes based on the seasons and also to accept small custom orders.
